FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany.

⭑ Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Domestic orders within Germany usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days.
International orders take around 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.

⭑ Do orders come with tracking?

I’m sorry, but not at the moment. I use standard shipping to keep costs as low as possible, especially for smaller items like stickers and mini prints.
If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, just contact me and I will sort it out for you!

⭑ How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. I prepare and pack every order myself with a lot of care.

⭑ What types of products do you sell?

♡ Digital prints in A4 or A3 sizes.
♡ Risograph prints made by hand.
♡ Vinyl stickers in matte, glossy or holographic finishes.
♡ Accessories such as laser cut pieces or keychains, depending on stock.

⭑ Who makes the prints?

All prints are made by me in my home studio in Berlin.
Since each piece is produced individually, small variations in color, texture or alignment may appear. This is normal and part of the charm of handmade work.

⭑ What are digital prints?

Digital prints are high quality photographic prints made with my Epson printer. They are printed using hybrid ink technology which means a mix of water based and pigment inks.
I print them on premium matte photo paper which has a smooth, museum inspired finish. A slight color change can happen with time on digital prints, especially if the print is exposed to sunlight. To keep your print in the best condition, try to avoid direct sunlight and use UV protecting glass if you frame it.

What is Risograph printing?

Risograph printing is a semi-analog process that uses soy-based inks and separate color drums to layer each color one by one. It creates vibrant textures, soft imperfections and small variations that make every print unique.
Because the inks are not fully waterproof or UV-resistant, slight color changes can happen over time, especially when exposed to direct sunlight. To keep your riso prints in the best condition, avoid hanging them where they get strong light or frame them with UV-protective glass.

What is Screen printing?

Screen printing is a handmade printing process where each color is pushed through a mesh screen onto the paper, creating bold, rich and slightly textured layers of ink. Every print is made one at a time, so small variations can happen between copies, which is part of what makes screenprints special.
Screen printing uses highly pigmented, durable inks, so the colors stay vibrant for many years. Still, like any artwork on paper, avoiding direct sunlight helps keep the colors looking their best over time.

⭑ Will the colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?

Not always. Each screen displays colors differently and handmade processes such as risograph printing have natural shifts in tone or saturation. I make sure every print still looks beautiful and true to my style.

 How are orders packaged?

I pack everything carefully using rigid mailers, cardboard backing or protective sleeves depending on the product.
I try to keep packaging as plastic free as possible.

⭑ Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

⭑ My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please send me clear photos as soon as you receive it. I will replace the item or find the best solution with you 🙂

⭑ Do you take custom commissions or tattoo requests?

YES! You can email me or message me on Instagram if you have an idea you want to discuss.

⭑ Can I resell your work?

Not without permission. If you have a shop and would like to stock my prints or stickers, feel free to contact me. I love collaborating with small stores ♡
